  • Small, rustic house "Chassezac", terraced. In the hamlet Le Chambonnet 2 km from the centre of Ste. Marguerite-Lafigère, 19 km from the centre of Les Vans, 3 km from the centre of Pied-de-Borne, 100 m from the river, in the countryside. Private: property 50 m2 with courtyard. Narrow motor access (via unmade road). 100 m footpath to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at 100 m. Shop 10 km, bus stop "Le Plagnol" 18 km, pebble beach "River Chassézac" 100 m.
    "Chassezac", 1-room house 30 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, air conditioning and fan. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (1 hot plate, oven, Gas stove, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: open gallery with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
