Beautiful semi-detached house with a large private garden just 10 minutes from Puigcerdà. An ideal place to enjoy with family or friends, magnificent facilities and wonderful views of the Cerdanya Valley. It has 4 rooms, one room with bunk beds and trundle bed on the ground floor and three rooms with double bed on the first floor, all of them exterior, with a total capacity for 9 people. Living room of 25m2 with access to the private garden and fireplace, fully equipped independent kitchen, multipurpose room on the first floor, two bathrooms with shower and storage room where the washing machine and dryer are located.

At 1,300 meters above sea level, Santa Leocadia (Sainte-Léocadie in French) is a French town located in the region of the High Cerdanya.

Llivia and Puigcerdà are 10 and 15 minutes away, respectively.



Among its cultural and historical heritage, we find ancient farms, churches, dreamlike landscapes to enjoy and relax, as well as a long list of traditions. Surrounded by forests and lush natural beauty. It becomes an ideal place for hiking trails, adventure sports and very close to the best ski slopes in Cerdanya and Andorra.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet hébergement, la maison est situé dans un lotissement au calme. Elle est parfaitement bien équipée et convient idéalement pour 6 adultes et 3 grands adolescents.
