This beautiful family chalet with an area of 100m2 is ideally located in the heart of nature, close to many activities (caves, hikes, canoeing, castles, museums etc.)
Breathtaking view, large grounds (not fenced), pleasant surroundings, private swimming pool.

◎ 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds
◎ 1 bedroom (140x190 bed)
◎ 1 mezzanine with 2 beds (90x190)
◎ Living room with large family table + baby chair, fully equipped (sofa, TV, board games, books, etc.)
◎ Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, washing machine, etc.)
◎ Bathroom with bathtub + walk-in shower (separate WC)
◎ Spacious terrace (with a fence thus fencing it entirely) with outdoor table, direct access to an unheated swimming pool (6. 6 x 3.5 x 1.2m deep).
Gas barbecue and swimming pool only in summer.

This new chalet, conceptualized and built by the owner, an expert carpenter of wood, will welcome you for a pleasant stay with the family.
Smoking allowed but outside ...(pets allowed, except in the bedrooms, please note: unfenced property).
Its design took into account accessibility for people with reduced mobility.
The owner living a few kilometers away remains available if necessary.
Please note, reservations are only possible for a minimum of 3 nights
and the swimming pool is closed from 01/10 to 01/06.
For the sake of eco-citizenship, meter reading at the current KWh price
(10kwh included per day).
