The house is lovely - the bedroom separated from the house is very hot and was a little dirty but that’s partly because of the bear stone. "The photos do not do this property justice. Its a lovely large secluded house in the middle of sunflower fields. The owners live next door and were on hand for anything we might need, but we didn't see or hear them unless we needed to. They were the perfect hosts. It was a great location for our extended family getaway. The pool was perfect and provided good shade for the children. There is a sandpit and a wooden lookout that are not pictured, but were a lovely surprise. The house was spotlessly...

Location was wonderful, just near enough to a local bar for a quick sundowner before heading back for a pool side evening. "Good rental and position. We parked in front of the house ( and not to the right hand side as instructed) but even just backing out the car was a tricky business. It would perhaps be helpful for future guests if there was a fence or rope to restrict access. The neighbours were helpful in pushing our car!"

The bistro style dining was excellent and we took the smaller breakfast option which was great too. The central location is perfect, right in the heart of the old hilltop town with many historic buildings and great views. "

Had after hours check in which went well, although gate for accessing parking area was not automatic but manual. Hotel is new in an older building, but that adds to its charm and has all the modern amenities (including A/C, which not all hotels have in the area). The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, but was small like most French hotel rooms. Enjoyed our one night stay and would stay here again if we are in the area. "
