Accommodation:

- Two separate, charming, air-conditioned bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and the upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm) and a bunk bed (90cm).

- The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher.

- The living room features a large square table, a large-screen TV, and a ceiling fan.

- Outside, a completely renovated 20m² wooden terrace boasts a large gas barbecue for grilling, a plancha grill for meats, fish, lobster, and fruit, a brand-new shower, and, most importantly, a circular, built-in jacuzzi for relaxing at the end of the day with our house cocktail (planter's punch).

Yes, we'll welcome you with our cocktail and accras or savory pastries (a local homemade specialty).

Don't bring your own bath or beach towels; we provide them, as well as bed linens.

Take advantage of our dishwasher to spend more time with your family at the beach.

Don't pack your suitcases; you have everything you need to do your laundry in the washing machine.

The village of Sainte-Anne has all the amenities: a mini-market, bakery, ATMs, souvenir shops, a bar/restaurant, and an exceptional sunset, all less than a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.

The large white sand beach at Pointe Marin is magnificent and, above all, safe from waves and rip currents, with a gentle slope and natural shade (trees, palm trees, etc.).

We can also help you discover our region, if you wish: hiking, rum distilleries, diving, catamaran trips, and history. We've managed to secure some discounts for you.
