The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers this flat for rent, nestling on the Pointe du Helleux, which can accommodate 4 travellers! With its beaches, swimming pools and heavenly setting, we promise you an unforgettable stay! This 47 m² flat comprises a living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a shower room. You'll also enjoy the terrace with its stunning views over the gardens and the sea! Bed linen and towels are provided, so all you have to do is pack your bags. We look forward to seeing you soon!

The accommodation
- Living room with sofa, two chairs, TV.
- 10 m² south-facing terrace with dining table and kitchenette: dishwasher, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and cutlery... You'll be able to cook and enjoy a good meal while gazing out over the sea and gardens!
- Bedroom 1: king-size double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), storage space.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds, storage space.
- Bathroom with shower and WC.

Common areas in the residence
- Swimming pool 1: 700 m² heated pool with 50 m² paddling pool for children.
- Swimming pool 2: 150 m² heated pool on the heights of the residence.
The pools are open from October 16 to August 19.
All children's swimming is under the full responsibility of their parents.

Activities
The residence offers a wide range of daytime and evening activities throughout the season:
- Fitness classes, sports tournaments for young and old.
- Discoveries of the surroundings, traditional games, treasure hunts, "Tell me a story" for the little ones...
- Numerous surprises during the traditional festivals: Halloween, music festival...
- Animated evenings with entertainers, and children's clubs during the school holidays.
- Regional evenings with presentations of the region, its folklore and tasting of local products.
During your stay, you can also take advantage of the 2 beautiful beaches with deckchairs on the edge of the village, free entertainment (beach volleyball, games...), the water sports base with Flyboarding, Jet ski, Kitesurf...

Transport
- Pointe-à-Pitre airport is 30 km away.
- It is advisable to rent a vehicle to discover the island independently
- Marina and ferry terminal of Saint-François which allows to reach the surrounding islands by boat every day (Marie-Galante, les Saintes, la Désirade).

- Secure public car park with no allocated space.
- The accommodation is fully air-conditioned.
- Wi-Fi available at an additional cost by connecting to the residence website.
- Sheets and towels are provided.
- Pets accepted (one pet only) at extra cost, please specify when booking. (€15/stay)
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- The opening of communal areas is subject to the decisions of the residence. The residence is completely closed from 30 August to 8 October.
