"Chateau Castigno is located in the absolutely stunning area completely picturesque. Two good restaurants in the village of Assignan including a great breakfast.. many others within a short driving distance. The cave is an architectural gem with a thoughtful caring winemaker at the helm. Delicious!"

"Quaint family run establishment in this lovely quiet area of France. Rooms are cozy and comfortable and the husband and wife owners make you feel part of the family. An evening plat du jour meal is available and is always excellent and the local wine is a must. Lots of wonderful walking is on your doorstep as well as around nearby Rouquebrun and the coast is not far away either. Also a perfect stopover on your way to/from the Spanish resorts."

"We stayed a few nights with Pascal and Jean-Michelin and they were such lovely hosts, clearly loving the job they do and the house and facilities really were top notch. If you are after a place to stay in that area, even if only for one night, treaty yourself and stay there. "

"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day.
