"I booked this hotel for one night so we could stop over during our trip back home. When i noticed a mistake in my booking ( date ) i immediately contacted the hotel to change the date since we where already on our way to the hotel. Unfortunattely they where not able to help us and the only option they offered me was to do a completely new booking. "Terrible stay. I am a frequent traveller and have never experienced bad service like this. They tried to get rid of us even though we booked and paid in advance. The bar and restaurant was closed. There where no staff after 20:00. We got up quickly the next morning and left. "
