  • T2 50 m² new apartment in a building built in 2015 south / southwest at one minute walk from the mythical place des Lices 3 minutes from the port and 5 minutes from the beach of Ponche. Secure parking in the basement.
    The apartment has one bedroom with 160 cm bed and a sofa bed of 160cm also located in the living room. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental as well as a Internet connection. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and dryer. Two TV are also available, one with DVD player
