Our Villa Sainte-Anne is the absolute centrepiece of a lush, relaxing oasis. It’s hard to find anything like it in Saint-Tropez. <br>Just 850 metres from the centre of Saint-Tropez and a short distance from the beaches of Pampelonne and “Les Salins,” our bright and light-filled Villa “Sainte-Anne” can accommodate 6–8 people. It’s ideal for 1 to 2 families.<br><br>With a magnificent ocean view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, surrounded by a spacious, 2,800-square-meter paradise-like garden that’s completely secluded and features a stunning array of trees, the villa offers everything your heart desires. <br><br>In 2022, Villa Sainte-Anne was renovated; all bathrooms were refurbished, and the villa was completely refurnished with high-quality furnishings.<br><br>Our villa features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (master bedroom, Guest 1, Guest 2, and a children’s and teens’ room in Kabana style), 3 bathrooms, a guest bathroom, a spacious living-dining area with a fireplace nook, and a lounge on the gallery. An additional rollaway bed can be provided upon request.<br>The semi-professional Poggenpohl kitchen is fully equipped (Gaggenau appliances).<br><br>The bright living area features large sliding doors that can be opened completely, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate. You even have a partial ocean view from the back of the house. <br><br>The villa’s in-house housekeeper—included in the rental price—cleans the house three times a week, makes the beds, and sets up the lounge chairs by the pool for you. <br>Upon request, she can prepare light meals, arrange breakfast, or run errands for you. Optional service available for an additional fee up to 5 times a week.<br><br>The numerous terraces (in front of and behind the house, as well as in front of two guest rooms) offer plenty of space for a drink with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez or for meals in the garden (Weber gas grill available).<br><br>Leave the hustle and bustle behind!<br>Surrounded by lush greenery, you’ll find the 11m x 6m outdoor pool (not fenced!), secured with a motion-activated alarm system for children, as well as six sun loungers.<br><br>There are four parking spaces on the property, so you can easily leave your car behind for a stroll into town or to the market—no car needed. (Place des Lices is a 10-minute walk away; the harbour is 15 minutes away).<br><br>The villa is fully and luxuriously equipped, featuring a Miele washing machine and a Miele dryer. In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need, from a Nespresso machine to a Smeg toaster, as well as a separate wine refrigerator. All bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers.<br><br>All TVs have Netflix and Amazon Prime (you’ll need an account to access them). To use our Sonos sound system, all you need is the Sonos app. <br><br>Towels for the bathrooms and the pool, as well as bed linens, are included in the rental price (bed linens are changed once a week; additional changes are available for an extra fee).<br>An additional rollaway bed (80x190m) and a cot can be provided upon request.<br><br>Villa Sainte-Anne can be heated in all rooms (in addition to the air conditioning’s heating function), ensuring a comfortably tempered environment and pleasant warmth inside the house during the colder months.<br><br>The villa is secured by an alarm system.<br>Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee. For any electric vehicle charging, we charge a flat fee of 50 per charging session, payable after checkout. <br>If you are interested in booking, please send us a brief message specifying the guests travelling with you. Please also indicate the ages of any children—for safety reasons, the house cannot be booked for infants.
