The house is newly built and offers 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. In the beautiful living room with open kitchen and dining area you can spend cozy evenings. Unless you are drawn outside to the pool or one of the terraces with garden furniture.
The area is ideal if you like fishing on vacation. With a little luck you will catch pike, perch, zander, rainbow trout or grayling (remember to get your fishing license). Or take a walk in Montélimar, which invites you with its historic buildings and alleys.

Location tout à fait conforme à la description, dans un état de propreté impeccable, piscine très bien entretenue, dans un environnement tranquille et très beau, propriétaires très sympathiques. Et bien sûr, très belle région avec plein de sites à voir.
