Very bad experience

The room was so small that I could barely fit my suitcase in. There was a really bad smell when I opened the room and even if I opened the windows all night I couldn't get rid of the smell. The apartment has no front desk at all.

Had to slept over the floor rather than the bed because this hotel has No air con under the weather with temperature above 35 degree. Next to one main drive way with bus stop downstairs,thus no way to open window and sleep because crazy noise. Management has no sense to proactively help guest under this extreme weather condition. The hotel looks very organized in all aspects but in the reality does not care guests much from service perspectvie

If you’re not sleeping much go for it

When booking this stay I didn’t realize that this modern looking property had 0 air conditioning. Being used to Asian and American hotels I expected it as standard worldwide. The property was a sauna even causing me to borrow a second fan from a friend that lives here. Cobwebs all over the room, somewhat dirty/dusty room. Property managers or whoever kept bothering me multiple times to see the room because of the shower even 40 minutes before checkout and the first time they were even kind of rude about it when calling me. No one really speaks English and except the lady who called me complaining about my door being locked…

Ich hatte wie von der Unterkunft vorgeschlagen über ShareP einen Parkplatz dazu gebucht. Die Angaben zur Einfahrt waren falsch, weshalb ich über eine halbe Std nervenaufreibend mit Kontaktversuchen verloren habe. Visionapartments hat keine Angaben dazu gemacht, wie man von der Garage ins Gebäude kommt. Man suche mal... Im Zimmer gibt es einen allgemeinen Stromschalter, der kaum sichtbar beschriftet und nicht beschrieben war.

J'ai apprécié que le check in et le check out se fait autonome. Les explications étaient claires. L'emplacement valait la peine, car il y a des bus à une minute de marche et même un des arrêts est juste à côté. Par contre, la chambre que j'ai eu nécessite un mise à niveau: plusieurs traces sur les murs et le plancher, il y a quelques fourmis dès mon arrivée. Dans l'ensemble, c'est acceptable sans plus.

Apartment mit allem drum und dran

Das Apartment ist neuer und die Busverbindung sehr gut. Das mit der Tiefgarage ist top und vielleicht sollte man auch sagen dass der Code bereits in der Tiefgarage funktioniert Punkt sonst muss man alles herumschleppen. Die Küche ist sehr gut organisiert inklusive Abwaschmittel und Geschirr Tab somit sehr gut. Ein Manko ist die Dusche da Schimmel am Boden. Ansonsten sehr sauber und gepflegt im Schlafzimmer und in der Küche. Preis und Leistung sehr gut und freue mich wieder bei Euch zu buchen.

Chambre très propre et confortable. Des lignes de bus à proximité et lac à 200m. Hôtel bien placé. Petit bémol sur le Check out que j’avais payé jusqu’au 18h et plus d’accès à ma chambre ni à l’hôtel à 10h. Heureusement que le personnel de nettoyage était là!

Pleasant Stay

My second stay with Vision Apartments. Check in and check out was smooth and perfect. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for any type of stay - short or long term. Beautiful scenic walk to the lake. Local transport is very convenient. Highly recommended!

Both check in and check out were smooth and automated. The apartment is perfect and has everything you need. There is a small shop about a 10-15 minute walk away and you can also get groceries delivered from a larger chain.

Good place for business trips

Vision in St. Sulpice is always a good place to stay for a business trip. It’s practical to have a small kitchen and WiFi works well I can only recommend them

Appartment war ok, der Umgebung und die Zimmerbeluftung leider nicht. An sich war das Appartment eigentlich ok. Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Einzelzimmer ist klein, aber man kann dort gut schlafen. Leider ist die Luft im Zimmer schwül, das Zimmer befindet sich auch vor der großen Straße, was ziemlich laut und aktuell läuft zusätzlich Straßenarbeit, die seit 7 Uhr schon anfängt. Parkmöglichkeit gibt es als Tiefgarage, es kostet 15€ pro Nacht, der Eingang ist jedoch nicht einfach zu finden, wenn man nicht dort wohnt (woher sollte man wissen), es gibt kein Schilder oder so. Deswegen von 4 gebuchte Nächte blieb ich nur 2! Gott sei Dank konnte ich kostenlos stornieren und hab eine andere Unterkunft gefunden.

Le plus incroyable studio que j’aie vu dans ma vie! MINUSCULE, vraiment, mais avec tout ce qu’on peut avoir besoin: douche, WC, grand lit (pour une personne, je ne le recommanderais pas pour deux!!), TV, cuisinière, micro-ondes, bouilloire, lave-vaisselle et machine à café (en poudre). N’oubliez surtout pas d’emmener votre café en poudre et vos épices pour cuisiner, il.n’y a rien sur place. Et parcage difficile en journée (zones max 3h).

Good place, but check in service

Hello, Answering your request, we're sending you our opinion about hotel. Room was very well, everything clean and nice, and the place very secured. Our complain is about the instructions for check in. The hotel sent us notification about an ID passport request, just few hours before the check in time. And my husband couldn´t answer you because he was in a twelve hours fly. Also he hadn't roaming service. I received you email about the ID request and I wrote you indicating the situation, so I sent you a picture of my ID like as a guarantee because I did the credit card payment. Also, I made you note that you were sending that information too late. It's not acceptable that you send this important info the same day of check in time! The hotel told us that my ID was not valid and therefore, my husband couldn't check in using the code because he hadn't the Wi-Fi password at hand either. Then, my husband visited the chinese restaurant in front the hotel, at 11pm and he explained them his situation and there was a hotel guest who had the same check in problem with you. This guest helped my husband to get into hotel. Also, once my husband checked in, he saw internet service inside the hotel was not working.

Bien desdetbi par les bus et rer. Appartement propre. Seul bémol le tapis a côté du lit plein de taches. Il serait préférable de supprimer tout tapis !
