Single-storey gîte with 5 access steps to the entrance: a dining room with a living room and a sofa bed for two 140X190 beds (decorative fireplace), a kitchen, a bedroom with a 160X200 bed and a sofa bed for two 140X190 beds, a bedroom with a 140X190 bed (space with interior glass door but without window), a bathroom with double sinks and a separate toilet. Parking in the property and garage. 7 km from the Nantes-Rennes axis, the Gîte de la Madeleine welcomes you in a rural environment that invites you to relax. Independent on a large enclosed garden with flowers and trees, you will enjoy a large south-facing terrace. This beautiful stone building offers pleasant living spaces where furniture of character and modern comforts combine in a refined atmosphere. Between Bain de Bretagne and Grand-Fougeray, you are in an area conducive to outdoor activities: the municipal pond of the Madeleine with possible fishing (purchase of card on site) is only 500m away, two leisure bases equipped on the Vilaine (Pléchâtel and Sainte-Anne sur Vilaine) are each 20 minutes away and the departmental gliding center is 4 km away.
