In Saint-Sulpice-de-Faleyrens, the gîte at the Château des Rêves estate is the ideal place to treat yourself to a charming break and a change of scenery.

It is 1½ hours from the beaches of Arcachon, 40 minutes from Bordeaux and just a 5-minute drive from Saint-Émilion.
Just 2 minutes away, the village centre offers all the essential amenities : shops, services and healthcare providers.

An added bonus : a breathtaking view of the vineyards, with the village of Saint-Émilion as a backdrop.

THE ACCOMMODATION :
A 200m² stone house, typical of the region, fully renovated in 2022 and awarded a four-star rating.
Built in the 15th century, this house can accommodate up to 8 people.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen (a range cooker with gas, ceramic and oven hobs, a dishwasher, a Nespresso-style coffee machine, a kettle, etc.) as well as a large pantry with a fridge-freezer, a washing-machine and a tumble dryer.

A suite with a double bed and a desk overlooking the courtyard, and an en-suite bathroom with twin washbasins, a shower, a bidet and a toilet.

A second bedroom with two single beds and a walk-in wardrobe overlooking the terrace by the swimming pool. Another bathroom is located right next door, featuring a shower, washbasin and toilet.

The living room, a large and very light-filled space, offers every comfort, with Wi-Fi and a television available. A large bay window offers a stunning, unobstructed view of the vineyards ; the outdoor terrace features a large table and a barbecue, as well as access to the private (unheated) swimming pool.
The house is fitted with reversible air conditioning (heating/cooling), and you can also enjoy a log fire on winter evenings.

Upstairs :
A suite with a double bed overlooking the courtyard, and an en-suite bathroom with a washbasin, bath, shower and toilet.

A large bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a washbasin, shower and toilet.


The beds will be made up on your arrival.
Bath and pool towels are provided.
A cot is available.

It will also be possible to purchase wine on the estate.
