"Good communication through what’s up. The person welcomed us, showed the room and was very pleasant. The property have kitchen, bathroom and beds. Almost all you need except towels and bedding (?). We have been told it’s common here and offered to buy some for the same price as room itself. It’s the 1st time we encountered this in our many travels around different countries. Not having toiletries? No problem. No dish soap? Strange having a kitchen and no dish soap to clean dished, but ok. But no...

"The combo to the Lock Box was either not provided or too hard to locate in the communication that was sent to us on the arrival day. That was VERY frustrating and unnecessary."

"We stayed two nights at the apartment and although the location and space was nice, we were disappointed by the way it was maintained. There was a strong smell coming from the bathroom, the floors were sticky and the furniture was basic and uncomfortable. We were also required to provide our credit card details to a third party service for the holding deposit which was not clear in the description and unusual. Hopefully these issues can be addressed as it was otherwise a nice apartment."
