House rules:
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house (ashtray provided on the ground floor terrace and upstairs terrace).
Pets not allowed.
Parties and any other events not allowed.
Leave the premises clean.
Empty the dishwasher and rubbish bin before each departure.
Leave the appliances and appliances clean.
In case, if the bins are full and if necessary: yellow bin on Wednesday evening and green bin on Thursday evening pitch at the bottom of the subdivision.
