Also we had asked for a baby cot in advance and reconfirmed the day before but there was no cot meaning there was nowhere for our child to sleep - would not stay here again "

Unexceptionable and I’m horrified that more have entered my belongings. Desk agent was pleasant with his response, but not surprised when I reported it. "
