Couac à l’arrivée

Problème à l’arrivée le samedi, la location est différente de celle réservée. Il manquait une chambre et la place pour 2 personnes . Il a fallu attendre le lundi après-midi pour avoir une solution. Nous avons dû contacter l’agence et cela a été difficile de les joindre . Il n’est pas normal d’avoir ce genre de soucis et de plus devoir les gérer nous-mêmes. Nous n’avons même pas eu d’excuse, et je pense que c’est la dernière fois que nous passons par vos services.

BAIGNADES & SOLEIL

Pratiquement deux jours sans piscine (celle-ci étant devenue verdâtre). Barbecue inadapté pour huit personnes, de plus il ne chauffait pas (nous avions d'ailleurs demandé qu'on nous le change, en vain...) Contrairement à l'intérieur, irréprochable, (sauf la poignée de porte du salon cassée), l'extérieur laissait à désirer. Néanmoins, endroit agréable à vivre, habitation spacieuse, pièces bien distribuées. Quant aux autres équipements, c'était satisfaisant.
