Perched on the heights of the charming village of Saint-Restitut, this contemporary villa offers you an exceptional setting in the heart of Drôme Provençale, with a breathtaking view of Mont Ventoux and the surrounding valley.Spacious, bright and perfectly equipped, it promises a peaceful stay between nature, relaxation and elegance.Two cats live on site, only outdoors: please give them their little meal!The 230 m² villa, on one level, and fully air-conditioned:-Entrance with wardrobe and guest toilet-Living room/dining room and fully equipped kitchen open to the outdoor terrace-3 bedrooms with 160cm beds, two of which have a private bathroom-Additional independent bathroom with WCOutside: a landscaped plot of 7,000 m² with a heated swimming pool measuring 11x5m with a depth ranging from 1.20m to 1.60m, secured by a rolling shutter with a panoramic view of the valley, a pétanque area for the more playful.Please note that a deposit of €1,500 (by bank imprint via our partner SWIKLY) and holiday extension insurance will be required. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house.
