"Check in is very difficult if you book on Hotels.com. You need to call every time (both times we stayed here). They give you only one pillow. This location had terrible wifi and no elevator. "

"The cleaners had left the door open during a rain storm so the living room had a huge puddle and the curtains had soaked up the water and it smelled awful. Also we had asked for a baby cot in advance and reconfirmed the day before but there was no cot meaning there was nowhere for our child to sleep - would not stay here again "
