Studio 'L'Esterel' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Offering breathtaking sea views, Studio L'Esterel is located in the bay of Agay in Saint-Raphaël and is independent from the owner's house. Situated on a landscaped property of about 1600 m², this 25 m² accommodation includes a living/bedroom area, a bathroom, a kitchen and can accommodate 2 people and a baby. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, air conditioning and a washing machine. The studio has a private covered terrace, ideal for relaxing in the evening. Both stairs and an elevator provide easy access. A remotely controlled mosquito repellent device reduces their presence within a 60-meter radius. You can enjoy a heated pool (11 m x 4.40 m) with UV-treated water, as well as a garden in the landscaped outdoor area. The pool is closed from October 20th to the end of April. A parking space is available on the property. One small pet is allowed (no large dogs). Smoking indoors and organizing events is prohibited. Bed linen, tea towels and towels are available on request or for an extra charge. Final cleaning must be done by you or can be arranged by the concierge for an additional fee.
