Ideally located in the village of CAP ESTEREL, we’re offering our family apartment, which we’ve completely renovated.

After dropping off your luggage and parking your car, you’ll discover a holiday village—originally designed by Pierre et Vacances—that’s pedestrian-friendly and offers all the amenities for fitness and well-being.

The apartment we’re offering is on the ground floor, with views of the golf course and the sea on one side and access to ping-pong tables and pétanque courts on the other.

The air-conditioned master suite, with its new bedding, is perfect for athletes to recover from tennis, padel, or golf matches, or after a run—or simply to relax after a stroll.
The apartment features a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.
The bathrooms include a shower, toilet, sink, and a towel warmer.

Children can enjoy the kids’ clubs, the wave pool, and the circus, and wander around a secure village.

You’ll experience the atmosphere of a village with its shops and restaurants less than 200m away.

You’ll have access to the ocean just 500 metres away, and a little further on, to its coves, the harbour, and Agay Beach;
By taking the little train, you can go to Dramont Beach to see Île d’Or and perhaps even stay there for a meal.

With your passes, you’ll also have access to the five pools, including the wave pool and the heated “Grand Bleu” pool with its spa, open from April through October.
For the little ones, head to the Hameau pool with its small slide and swimming lessons.

Numerous high-quality sports activities are available nearby year-round, led by passionate instructors, such as circus classes with a flying trapeze, as well as tennis and padel lessons.
You can also sign up for a golf introduction, water sports camps, or a game of paintball.

You’ll have access to the many activities offered by the village, such as outdoor or indoor strength training, walks, shows, and more…

All of this in the beautiful Côte d’Azur region, close to Cannes, Nice, and Saint-Tropez—which you can explore by train or by sea.
