We offer you to benefit from the upper floor of a villa located in a secure residence, built on a 4.5 Ha estate, with a huge swimming pool (25mx12m) and a tennis court surrounded by majestic pine trees, with the famous red rocks of the Massif de l'Estérel, as a "wallpaper".
For the joys of swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean, you will have the choice between coves just below or the beach, a little further on, less than a km away.
Agay is a charming little village, very quiet, BUT located between Cannes and St Tropez when you feel like partying!
Your stay will be spent in a duplex, located on the upper floor of a villa, whose accesses are, of course, totally independent.
Better than a long speech, the look at all the photos, allows you to realise the layout of the rooms and to discover the 2 large terraces, with a real barbecue and equipped with electric blinds.
On their level are the large living room, facing south, with its large bay windows, directly overlooking the sea, as well as the entrance, kitchen and pantry.
Upstairs, on the mezzanine, the bedroom with a double bed and direct communication with bathroom and toilet.
The whole represents a surface area of around 62m2 + 40 m2 of terraces.
Note that the "Emma" brand sofa bed is new and allows you to benefit from 2 additional beds.
