Rapport qualité-prix relativement correct

Un appartement de deux pièces plutôt correct et assez proche de la plage conformément à l'annonce. Pour les moins mobiles à pied,un arrêt de bus est en bas de la rue et la commande de portail est fournie pour le parking privé. On en a pour le prix affiché mais des améliorations restent néanmoins à prévoir: - La porte de la douche qui ne ferme pas à moins de tenir le roulement du haut et du bas. Peut-être est-ce dû à une occupation du logement partielle dans l'année? - Le pommeau qui envoie de l'eau en tous sens ou avec très peu de puissance - Le clic-clac est également très fatigué: la partie de l'assise qui sert de matelas est vraiment peu confortable... - Seul un des trois ventilateurs mis à disposition fonctionnait sans faire de bruit continu de "clac clac" - Des dalles de carrelage cassées (rien de dangereux cependant) - La manette d'ouverture de la machine à laver cassée (obligés d'ouvrir le hublot avec l'aide d'une cuillère à soupe pour faire levier sur ce qu'il en reste) Nous avons apprécié : - la disponibilité et la courtoisie de la propriétaire - la présence de flyers sur les activités alentours - la proximité avec les bus et les plages - la proximité avec la gare TER - les jeux de société mis à disposition - la facilité de récupération des clés - la résidence relativement calme Globalement, l'appartement est défraîchi et nous replonge dans les années 80 mais dans son ensemble il reste agréable. Le vrai point négatif est le manque de climatisation car le courant d'air est difficile à faire sans appartement traversant.
