  • Beautiful apartment block, 2 storeys. Dans le Parc Santa Lucia, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 4 km, bakery 150 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Saint-Raphael" 3 km, sandy beach "Plage de la Péguière" 1 km, rocky beach "Calanque du Fournas" 50 m. Sports harbour 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 10 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Cannes 40 km, Saint-Rapahel 4 km, Nice 70 km, Gorges du Verdon 90 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte-Croix 90 km. Hiking paths: Sentier du Littoral 50 m, Esterel 10 km, Dramont 6 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Port Fréjus.
