  • Large living room with American kitchen, divisible by Japanese screen for night space with 2-seater sofa bed, two bedrooms or sleeps four, large terrace allowing lunch and dinner outside, this apartment fully equipped with large sliding windows and electric shutters, awaits you.

    Located on the Avenue de Valescure, it is at the same price (3 to 6 minutes by car) from the three golf courses of Saint-Raphael: the Golf and Tennis Club of Valescure, the Golf de l'Estérel and the Golf Blue Green. It is also close to the porch of several hiking departures in the Estérel.

    Located 10 minutes from the centre of Saint-Raphael and the beaches by car and 25 minutes on foot, it is an ideal place for rest and relaxation sports: golf, tennis, sea swimming, hiking etc. Its access to the A8 motorway allows it to avoid the traffic jams of the old town.
