Traditional Longère. Quiet but close to beaches and amenities

Traditional Breton longère on a closed ground of 1200 m2.
Quiet, in the countryside, near the beaches of Saint Cast le Guildo, Erquy, Cape Fréhel and shops (Matignon and Plancoët.)
The house consists of:
- Ground floor: a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom (shower, sink, washing machine), a separate toilet, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a bathroom.
- Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom.

The whole on a closed ground of hurdles of approximately 1200 m2
At your disposal in the field, a garden furniture, a garage for a car and a location for a second car.

For your comfort, the rental is equipped:
- TV and DVD player, radios
- dishwasher, washing machine, fridge
- microwave, stove and oven
- small household appliances (coffee maker, blender, blender, vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer, ...)

The rooms are equipped with duvets and pillows (sheets not provided)

It is asked to clean the end of the rental, a deposit of 40 € will be required for the household but retitled at the end of your stay if the house is clean. (you will find all the necessary equipment for the household)

We remain at your disposal to make your stay pleasant.
