The other part of the house on the ground floor comprises: a 2 nd shower room with washbasin and walk-in shower, 1 individual WC, 1 individual laundry room, utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, VMC (controlled mechanical ventilation).

    1 Terrace with garden furniture and parasol / private balcony, free charcoal barbecue possible in the garden, individual fenced garden shed Ocean at low tide fishing possible on foot.
