The View and Location are great, but the furniture IS really in Bad shape. A lot of things are broken. We feared to touch or open Boards. Also the dishes have not all be Clean.

Traumhaft schöner Blick auf die Bucht!
Für zwei Personen ausreichend Platz. Insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Für „französische Verhältnisse“ noch ordentlicher Gesamtzustand. Angegebener Parkplatz Fehlanzeige, im Ort aber ausreichend Parkraum. Der wunderschöne Blick auf das Meer - traumhaft schön.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wunderschöner Ausblick. Kleinigkeiten haben die Punktevergabe etwas eingeschränkt. Wir würden trotzdem wieder die Wohnung mieten.

"Blendende Aussichten"
Phantastischer Balkon mit Meerblick, Wohnung in puncto Größe ungeeignet für mehr als 2 Personen. Ausstattung und Mobiliar definitiv in die Jahre gekommen und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Bett im Schlafzimmer defekt, Küchenmöbel mit abgenutztem Furnier, Spiegelschränke mit Sprüngen und Absplitterungen. Wohnung lediglich oberflächlich sauber, Schmutz in allen Ecken und Ritzen! Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis unbefriedigend!
Vacances agréables dans un appartement très bien situé, la vue est magnifique, il est près de tout les commerces. Le point faible est qu’il aurait besoin d’être remis à neuf car son intérieur est très vieillot.

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour. L'appartement est trés agréable tout comme la terrasse. Il manquerait une lampe de chevet dans la chambre. Par contre la place de parking est inaccessible même pour une citadine. sinon tout était nickel.

Appartement tres bien situé. Vue mer remarquable. Acces au parking en sous sol tres compliqué sauf si voiture = citadine. C'est le seul point insuffisamment signalé dans l'annonce. Electroménager et ustensiles de cuisines pas toujours de 1ère jeunesse mais en état. Parking libre facile à proximité, attention au marché le jeudi...
