"It was bearable, but more roach motel than hotel. Dark and dingy room at the back overlooking a swamp-like swimming pool and AC units. Bed reasonably comfortable, pillows (or rather pillow) dreadful. Inconveniently separate toilet and bathroom. Breakfast not worth the money really, but the coffee was nice. Host was agreeable and friendly. Sadly this was the only place we could find as most were fully booked. Next time, I’ll look more in advance and get something better. "

"The hotel was generally tired looking and in need of an update in corridors and rooms. I expect much more from having stayed at many other Novotel hotels. I would chose an alternative to stay. My biggest complaint was that the WiFi (and hence smart tv) did not work in the room, and we were told that was just how it was.
