Semi-detached house with two rooms plus a recently renovated storage room, offering plenty of natural light and a spacious layout. It includes:

Living/dining room (with TV, sofa bed for 2 people: +€5/additional person per night),
Fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc.).

- First floor:
Landing with a single bed (90 x 190 cm) and workspace,
Bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), TV, pull-out bed (90 x 190 cm) (sleeps 2),
Shower room and WC.

- Outbuilding:
Large storage room with washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, barbecue, and various storage areas.
Private courtyard with garden furniture.

Shared facilities: parking, carport, and relaxation area (orchard 50 meters away).

It is possible to rent all three cottages together for a total capacity of 7 people (listing G0968). The Gîtes des Vergers offer an ideal experience if you wish to recharge in the heart of nature. Located in a peaceful setting in the Suisse Normande region, they provide fully equipped accommodations, as well as direct access to hiking trails. Numerous leisure activities are available nearby: hiking trails (including the GR du Pays Tour de la Suisse Normande, voted France's favorite GR trail in 2023), cycling (Vélofrancette), horseback riding, river fishing, and rail biking. Less than 15 minutes from Clécy, the heart of the Suisse Normande region, offering a wide range of water sports, fishing, climbing, paragliding/hang gliding, treetop adventure courses, archery, and more. One hour from the Normandy coast and the D-Day landing beaches, 40 minutes from the Souleuvre Viaduct, 30 minutes from Falaise Castle…
