Comfortable, bright, beautifully decorated and very comfortable, the comfort of the hotel without constraints, ideally located in the heart of La Cotinière famous tourist site of the island of Oleron (common Saint Pierre d'Oléron), A situation ideal near the city center, the market, the beach, shops and the small fishing port.

Compact but almost perfect

My first impression of the studio was that it was rather small but after the first day I realized that we had everything there we needed. The room clean, the bed comfortable and there is everything in place if we wished to cook or eat inside (I didn't cook at all but this was my choice!). The studio is within walking distance of the sea front and the town for restaurants and shops. I love this place and would thoroughly recommend. The only thing lacking is a patio area to sit and relax but with the beach at the end of the road it isn't really necessary.

À 2 pas de la plage

Très belle petite maison avec beaucoup de confort! On peut garer sa voiture devant la maison, les commerces, supermarché, boulanger, restaurants très proche. Vraiment à 2 pas de la plage! Il n’y a pas un cour ni jardin, mais nous avons apporté 2 chaises de jardin pliables pour profiter un apéro dehors, devant la porte d’entrée. Nous avons obtenus des bons commentaires des voisins et des passants 😊. En tout un séjour ruperbe!

Alles vorhanden, was eine gute Ferienwohnung ausmacht. Küche und Bad gut ausgestattet, die Beleuchtung witzig. Auch die Betreuung gut.Da wir viel unterwegs waren, haben wir einen kleinen Essplatz im Freien nicht vermisst.

Gite convenant parfaitement à un séjour hivernal en Oléron, avec ses commodités. Studio impeccable bien situé

En complément de l'appréciation ci-dessus, le studio est très bien; la climatisation qui sera (en principe) installée l'an prochain sera vraiment un plus non négligeable. Mis à part un petit manque d'espace pour les rangements d'effets personnels, l'appart est parfait. Sa localisation vis à vis du port et des commerces est toute proche, c'est très sympa. Séjour très agréable, merci.

très bien agencé et surtout très bien placé les personne qui nous ont reçues sont très agréables , le seul pb c'est que toute la Cotinière passe dans cette rue et roule très vite des gendarmes couchés serraient les bien venus, cependant nous reviendrons merci.

Très beau studio, confortable et bien agencé. Très bonne situation : proche de la mer, des commerçants, des restaurants et du port. C'est un lieu toujours vivant. J'ai passé 3 semaines avec un temps formidable et bien accueillie par la personne qui a ouvert le studio. Je le recommande vivement.
