Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming 150 m² house for rent, fully renovated by an architect. Nestled in lush greenery and bathed in light, this house is the ideal place to unwind with family or friends.
Ideally situated as a base for exploring the Basque Country, you’ll enjoy being right on the doorstep of picturesque villages such as Espelette, whilst being just 20 minutes from Saint-Jean-de-Luz and the coast.

Designed to accommodate 6 guests (4 adults and 2 children), this house comprises a lovely 27m² living area, a lounge, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and three bathrooms. You’ll also enjoy a garden of around 800m² and a Finnish sauna. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included, as is linen. We’re just waiting for you!

It is also possible to accommodate 2 additional guests (on request; see below).

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor

dishwasher, hob with gas burners…
- A relaxation area with a comfortable double sofa bed, which can be used as an
extra bedroom on request, with an en-suite shower room and WC (can be separated from the rest of the property by closing a glass partition)

- A separate toilet

Upstairs
- Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), an en-suite
bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and a balcony overlooking the garden.

- Bedroom 3: Bedroom with two single beds
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the following additional facilities are available:

Activities:
- Lake Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle offers a range of activities, including a beach,
walking and running trails, and in summer, supervised swimming, a large “aquazone”, a treetop adventure course, pedalos, padel…
- Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle is ideally situated between the coast (Saint-Jean-de-Luz beach is 20
minutes away), the countryside and the mountains. The villages of Ascain, Sare and Espelette are right
next door. Spain is about fifteen minutes’ drive away.
- Sporting and cultural activities…
- A little train to take you up to the Rhune from April onwards
- Hikes and walks nearby with stunning views of the Pyrenees and the ocean
- Ideal location for cyclists: the Route des Crêtes is right next door
- Kinka sports centre 10 minutes’ drive away

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park, which can accommodate two vehicles.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest railway stations: Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Biarritz stations, 20–25 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Biarritz Airport, about 30 minutes’ drive away, and San Sebastian Airport, 40 minutes’ drive away

Other points to note:
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- Two additional guests can be accommodated on the ground floor by converting the lounge area into a comfortable extra bedroom.
- The house is fitted with carbon monoxide detectors.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request, at an
additional cost (bookable and payable directly to our on-site partner). The rates quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
