Discover this village house in the heart of Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux, in a small, quiet lane, close to all the shops (restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, grocery shop, etc.) with the charm of stone.

With 97m² of living space over 2 levels, the house opens onto the ground floor with a living room featuring a fitted kitchen and a vaulted sitting area.

The first floor comprises two bedrooms, each with direct access to the covered terrace. A bathroom and toilet.

On the second floor, a third bedroom with a 160cm bed.
