You will enjoy a veranda of 40 m2, the main living area in Reunion Island, with a dining area, a plancha and a living room.

Inside The house you will find:
- on the ground floor: a living / dining room, an open kitchen, a bedroom, a toilet, a shower room, a garage with a laundry area and a sports/fitness area.
- upstairs: two bedrooms (one of which can be converted into two single beds or a double bed), a toilet, a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Traveller access
Unfortunately, the villa is not equipped for people with reduced mobility

The villa is located slightly in the heights, far from the stifling heat of the coast.
In 10 minutes by car, you can reach the most beautiful beaches in the West,
in just 5 minutes to the shops of St Gilles les Hauts and in 3 minutes to the Golf du Bassin Bleu.
