"Artist'au Chat" Family Vacation Home with Sauna

The "Artist'au chat" holiday rental, which we have just taken over, welcomes up to 12 guests in the heart of a hamlet in the Savoyard foothills.<br><br>Up to 14 people are accommodated for an additional fee, with an extra bedroom and bathroom/toilet provided; however, please note that the accommodation may not always be suitable for 14 guests: the dining table in the living room seats 12, and the living room seating accommodates 12.<br><br>Beds are always made, and towels are provided along with bath mats (except for the sauna).<br>Accommodation<br>With its 150 m², the house combines comfort and functionality with 5 (or 6) bedrooms, all tastefully decorated, 2 (or 3) bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining area, and a laundry room with a washing machine.<br><br>A south-facing, tree-lined terrace—perfect for relaxing and dining outdoors—features garden furniture and a barbecue.<br><br>Access from the north side leads to a small terrace with a 6-person sauna.<br><br>Descriptions of the bedrooms and bathrooms are provided below each photo.<br><br>We are available to provide any additional information about the property.<br>Other notes:<br>3 parking spaces available.<br>If needed, municipal parking is a 50–100-meter walk away.
