La terrasse est bien protégée du soleil, nous en avons bien profité. A 4, la maison serait probablement un peu petite sans cette terrasse.La maison est située a côté d'une belle voie verte en bord de l'Isle, 》tres bel environnement nature. le centre ville est accessible à pied en 25 minutes environ en marchant au bord de l'eau.
