Agréable séjour mais ne pas confondre "mer à 100 m" et "plage" car la première plage se trouve à 700 - 800 m. .Au plus près de la location ce ne sont que des rochers ! Très bon accueil, le propriétaire (ou gérant) est à l'écoute, très disponible et efficace dans ses interventions. Le lavabo, dans la salle de bain, est idéal pour un enfant de 5 ans mais vraiment trop bas pour un adulte. L'espace réservé, à l'extérieur, est agréable à condition de n'avoir aucun problème de déplacement car 17 marches le sépare de l'appartement. Chaque appartement possède un emplacement de parking (à condition que personne de l'extérieur ne l'utilise...) mais il est inutile de venir avec un véhicule propre car il se trouve sous des mûrier-platanes et la carrosserie est criblée de taches rouges et de fientes d'oiseaux. Je recommande cette location vraiment calme et spacieuse (nous étions 3).

Excellent rapport qualité / prix - Logement confortable

Nous avons été très bien accuillis par notre hôte, Nicolas, très disponible, qui a pris le temps de nous donner toutes les infos pratiques d'usage. Ne pas se fier aux photos qui ne mettent pas en valeur l'espace d'habitation tout à fait convenable pour 4 personnes (même si nous n'étions que 3). L'appartement est propre, la literie parfaite (c'est important de bien dormir !). La maison est au calme et il n'y a aucun problème de cohabitation avec les autres vacanciers par ailleurs très discrets. Coté équipement il y a ce qu'il faut, ni plus ni moins et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les plages ne sont pas loin à pied. Et on trouve à proximité de quoi se restaurer sur le pouce (plats à emporter, sandwichs,... ) et de vrais restaurants près de la plage mais que nous n'avons pas essayé, hormis "Chez Bob" dans le centre ville et que nous recommandons également pour le rapport qualité-prix (il est plus que préférable de réserver 3 ou 4 jours à l'avance). Bref, de supers vacances garanties pour un prix tout à fait convenable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !! Merci Nicolas !! (que nous ne connaissions pas s'il y a lieu de préciser)

Sehr schönes und zweckmäßiges Appartement

Das Appartement liegt ca. 100m von der Felsenküste und 2km vom Sandstrand entfernt. Es ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Nicolas ist ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der bei Problemem stets erreichbar ist. Das einzige kleine Manko waren die beiden quietschenden Betten im kleineren Schlafzimmer. Ansonsten war alles tiptop...empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

En endroit calme dans un site touristique

Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé. Situé à proximité de nombreux commerces et des plages, il permet de passer d'agréables vacances en famille au calme. Les déplacements peuvent se faire à pied ou en vélo. Bon accueil de la part du propriétaire et disponible si nécessaire.
