"Our host Hervé, Amélee and family are really nice people. Although the studio is part of their home, we were given the utmost privacy, seeing them on the odd occasion. The studio is a super base to explore the region, and is close to the lake, and cycle route. We rarely used our vehicle, instead, cycling to Annecy and Doussard. "This was a lovely flat in a perfect location for strolling along Lake Annecy towards Old Town. The balcony looks out over a busy avenue but was a nice spot to enjoy breakfast. While on a busy street there was not a lot of street noise at night which was a plus. We were able to get a parking spot within the gated allotment for the building but there are several paid parking lots very close by if needed."

"Great location, 5 minutes walk to the town. Really good bakery in reception for breakfast or Lunch. Free parking up the road until the end of June so dont need to pay for the hotel parking (This will be different in the summer) The room was clean and comfortable ( we had a comfort room) but no view, but that is what we paid for. Would definately recommend this hotel"
