This charming 58 m² flat in Saint-Nic has a sea view and is less than 60 m from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 22 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside:
- A 6 m² west-facing terrace with sea view and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

At the gateway to the Crozon peninsula, not far from the meandering Aulne maritime and linking north and south Finistère, hiking will be a lovely way to discover this heritage of Brittany. Our trails will guide you wherever the wind and your legs take you. The Gr34, the best-known and most frequently used of the trails, offers you a wealth of singularly beautiful landscapes. What incredible panoramas!
