  • Recent detached cottage with private pool on a fully enclosed plot combining comfort, many services and the charm of Provence for a dream holiday! <br>You will be ideally located in the middle of vineyards and a hundred olive trees, in a cul-de-sac in absolute calm and not overlooked, 300m walk from the village. <br><br>The villa consists of a beautiful living room and a large kitchen with vaulted ceilings, both opening onto a beautiful south-facing terrace with a pergola, 3 master suites with bathroom (2 walk-in showers and a bathtub).<br><br>- 30 minutes from Uzès and its Provençal market<br>- 30 min from the "Pont du Gard"<br>- 40 minutes from Avignon, the "City of the Popes"<br>- ... and many others!

Très jolie maison avec de belles prestations, proche de nombreux centres d’intérêt. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine de grande dimension. La relation avec les propriétaires a été très agréable et nous les remercions pour les conseils donnés. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Séjour parfait avec deux enfants dont un bébé de 4 mois. Propriétaire hyper réactive et disponible. Maison super propre bien agencée et propre. Sdb dans chaque chambre. Cuisine hyper équipé et magasin à proximité en étant au calme. C’était de très belle vacances. Merci Amélie !

Unbeschreiblich! Eigentlich sollte man solch tolle Unterkünfte geheim halten und nur als Tip „unter der Hand“ weitergeben.Das Haus ist noch schöner, als in der Beschreibung gezeigt. Ein absoluter Traum.Es ist im Haus alles vorhanden, was man zu einem perfekten Urlaub braucht. Geschmackvolle Bettwäsche und ausreichend Handtücher. Die Küche ist mit nahezu allen Werkzeugen ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin steht einem im Hintergrund mit Rat & Tat zur Verfügung und gibt auf Wunsch super Tips für Entdeckungen und Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Maison absolument sublime avec des matériaux de qualité. Très bien équipée avec une piscine magnifique. Située au calme, la maison est un point de départ idéal pour visiter la région. Très beau séjour dans cette belle villa spacieuse avec 3 belles chambres aménagées avec sdb attenante, grande piscine privée sans vis à vis, tout était impeccable. Intérieur très charmant et fonctionnel.Très bon accueil de la part d'Amélie et son mari tant pour leur gentillesse que pour leur disponibilité et leur discrétion. Gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge in der Umgebung

Eine gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge in der Umgebung (Ardèche usw.). Schönes, geräumiges Haus mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, zumindest während der Nebensaison. Der Pool war sehr angenehm und sauber. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, man hört keinen Autoverkehr von der Landstraße.Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und gaben Tipps und haben mit der Ausstattung geholfen.

les propiétaires sont vraiment sympathiques et disponibles. La maison est très agréable et parfaite pour 6 personnes. La jolie terrasse, le jardin paysagé, et la piscine sont de vrais plus. Nous avons passés une excellente semaine.
