Charming Central Home with Modern Amenities, Close to Seafront & Attractions

House located in the city center of St Nazaire, 1.8 km from the seafront and the Escal'Atlantic site. The cottage is located on the 1st level of the owners' house (separate entrance - very good soundproofing). Shared terrace of 100 m² facing south / west (sandbox). Free public parking 100 m away.
It consists of a living room / lounge with open fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms accessible by 1 step, each with private shower room / WC (1: 2 beds 80x200, 2 and 3: bed 160x200).

Additional equipment: wifi, TV per room, air conditioning, tumble dryer, washing machine, freezer, dishwasher, high chair / baby bed.

Included: aerothermal heating (air / air), electricity, sheets (beds made on arrival) and towels.
Not included: tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee (€65) for professional customers.

Non-smoking cottage.
