Gute Lage, schönes Haus

Wir hatte 3 herrliche Tage, das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, der Vermieter war sehr nett. 200 Meter entfernt befindet sich eine Bäckerei. Der Wohnzimmerschrank sollte allerdings mal gegen einen neuen Schrank getauscht werden, da er sehr modrig riecht und folglich auch sein Inhalt, also das Geschirr. Außerdem musste man für Heizung extra bezahlen, sowas sollte im Preis enthalten sein. Das Haus hatte leider nur 18 Grad innentemperatur. Der Vermieter kam dann abends nochmal auf unser bitten vorbei, und stellte die Heizung an.

Nous avons été surpris de devoir signer un contrat envoyé par le propriétaire alors que nous avions réservé sur Abritel avec les conditions d'Abritel qui ont été changé sur le contrat notamment les heures d'arrivée et de départ. L'hébergement de trouve le long d'une route passagère en côte qui n'apparait sur aucune photos ni commentaires, heureusement que la location était en hiver, en été cela doit être particulièrement gênant; dans le descriptif normalisé, il devrait être précisé que le logement contient une salle d'eau (douche, lavabo)et un cabinet de toilette avec meuble et vasque. C'est la première fois que nous devons réglé la consommation de gaz , électricité comprenant précisément toutes les taxes ainsi que la location sur les compteurs, aucune mention n'est faite sur le site Abritel, nous découvrons cet élément sur le contrat envoyé par le propriétaire sans qu'il soit fait mention du tarif appliqué. A l'arrivée un problème sur la chaudière ne nous permet pas de réguler correctement la température et par voie de conséquence la consommation de gaz qui nous est facturé. Pourquoi cet avis: simplement afin de rétablir les points divergeants par rapport à l'annonce. En points positifs, le logement est très bien équipé et la touche de décoration pour la période de noêl.
