"The property was exactly as described. Everything you require for your stay is there. All you need to do is pack your own personal stuff and go! Plenty of space and a garage to use for our bikes and car. Once our car was in the garage it never came out until we left as you are so near everything including the train station. Owner was lovely, lives opposite and was very discreet. Great place to stay!"

The next is negativ but I might add that we are new to VRBO. We always book on Expedia which now also lists VRBO apartments. "Only speaking minimal French it was difficult communicating with the manager, as she spoke no English. Likewise the information for the house was only in French. There was 13 of us and just had enough room to all eat together, but it was a squeeze. Also the oven and fridge are small for large group. Lovely big garden but uneven making it hard for the kids to play and run around. With all the space a swimming pool would have been good/useful as a little drive from any beach. "The suite is very comfortable. Front & back entrances make for good access to your car and of course to the beach. One negative aspect was the need to rent bed linens & towels for a hefty fee which we were informed of only after the deadline to be able to cancel. Also there is an expensive housekeeping fee imposed unless you do the cleaning yourself."

"We stayed here for a week towards the end of August. Martin (the owner) met us at the house on arrival. He showed us around the house which was helpful. We loved the house and location of the house. It is so close to the lovely beach and you could hear the waves from the front bedroom widows !. It is a quiet location and the beach is so long that there is no chance of it being crowded. "It was a bit tricky to find but the gite was lovely - one large, spacious room except for a tiny shower. Well maintained except for a bit of a problem with drains ( a bit smelly). We were a bit unlucky because the owners were away on holiday. I think a few small issues would have been dealt with had they been on site."
