"Booked to stay over night as passing through, check in was through an electronic device so no actual person in reception, check in was fine and easy to do, in going into the room we were shocked at how small it was, the bathroom is very similar to what you get on a boat crossing ferry, no plug sockets in room to charge phones etc so bare this in mind if you are needing to recharge, room was clean, we decided to not stay the night due to facilities available and booked elsewhere "

"We arrived very late without having called first.The hotel reception was closed but there was a phone beside it. A kind gentleman answered and informed that room was ready with door left unlocked and key on the bed. The hotel has a quaint feel to it. "I took a side trip to Châteauroux between matches of the World Cup Soccer tournament so I could spend two days visiting the Brenne Nature Reserve. Of the six hotels I’ve stayed at on this trip, this one has been easily the best. Terrific hosts, good breakfast and dinner service, and a top-rate room at a very reasonable rate. A good walkable location in the city center as well."
