"The guests above us wery very loud in the morning, which of course was not the hotels issue. Also, thinner pillows would be a huge plus for tummy and side sleepers."

"As with most every Best Western Hotel, this one, too, was very good, which is why I value being a rewards member. I want to compliement the woman who checked me in upon my arrival. After I got to me assigned room, I found that there was a problem with the televison. When I walked back to tell the same woman, she left the front desk where there didn't seem to be another employee, to come to my room. She seemed to be aware of a common problem as she immediately pulled the electric cord out and then put it back in. Within a few minutes the televison was working. All the other room amenities were in good working order. Breakfast offerings were very good and check out quick and easy. The young woman who checked me out was exceptionally friendly."

"I travel very often for work and hotel convenience and cleanliness matter greatly to me. However this trip was about traveling 2,400 miles helping a family member in crisis and it’s the staff here I want to commend. When I booked this hotel I needed a late check out in order to conduct a virtual training webinar for work and needed a quiet space for 3 hours. Morgan the assistant mgr GRACIOUSLY made this possible which was such a relief to me. This hotel was very nice but what really rocked was the 5 star Asst Manager!! Thank you for treating your guests so well. "
