"Main elevators are out of order. Everyone had to use the service elevator located in the back. Breakfast was your average low quality breakfast. Housekeeping never touched our room. Not even to take out the trash. The Room's air conditioner barely worked. At least the shower water pressure was great on the 9th floor."

"The room was nice. They had fridge and microwave. There was shampoo and conditioner if needed. Has newer carpet and updates. Could use some updated sheets though. Does have a pool outside and breakfast is included. "

"The staff friendly and courteous. Facility is just old and tired. Everything from carpet to tile to plumbing to furniture just tired. I usually stay at Hilton or Marriott but all were booked up. This was just okay. "

"There is a bar and food in the restaurant in for the evening, 5pm - 10pm. There is a limited pay as you go breakfast where regular coffee is free. Not a showstopper where the staff is very friendly and the establishment is clean and well maintained."

"Our room did not look like it had been cleaned well. There were stains on the floor, bathroom cabinets and tub. The sink in the kitchen area did not drain well and the disposal wasn’t working, this led to an odor. We planned to use the dishwasher but there was a plastic spoon and garbage bits in there as well as gross water in the bottom of the dishwasher. The faucet in the shower was coming off from the wall. I will say the front desk lady during our stay was helpful and offered to get maintenance up to fix the disposal. We were only staying for one night so we declined that and they said they’d be there after we checked out. The bedsheets and towels looked good and clean after a thorough check. I would definitely say this wasn’t worth $200 for the night but we were passing through and there weren’t many openings that had a full freezer which we needed for our cooler packs."
