    Discover the charm and tranquility of our renovated barn located in Trogne, in the Val d'Hérens in Valais. It is perfect for accommodating up to 4 people- at most. This destination is ideal for those looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and a place to recharge their batteries in a peaceful setting. Live unforgettable moments in a space designed for relaxation and reconnection with nature.

    The stable part for the cows is transformed for sleeping areas. Upstairs, the part reserved for hay has become the living room kitchen. We have thought of the openings to enjoy the panorama of the mountains and especially to receive the sun in winter. In summer, the large west-facing opening puts you at the forefront to admire the last colors of the sunset before nightfall. During the construction, particular attention was paid to avoid as much as possible materials derived from chemistry and harmful to health (plastics, glues and paints).

    The recent renovation has privileged natural materials to respect the spirit of this old building. We have reused the materials already on site as much as possible. A large room for two people can be separated into two smaller ones by a hard wall, installed by us according to your request, before your arrival. The bathroom, equipped with a rain shower, allows you to relax and invigorate yourself in a serene atmosphere. A solar thermal system ensures domestic hot water and ecological heating. The bedrooms and the bathroom are heated by solar thermal. The living room-kitchen is heated by a wood storage stove.

    In front of the barn, you can enjoy the great outdoors and organize outdoor meals or simply enjoy the ambient calm and the sunsets. The terrace is oriented south / south-west. It is accessible from the bedrooms or from the living room-kitchen by the outside.

    Trogne, a small hamlet of 60 inhabitants, is an ideal starting point to enjoy the activities of the region. Whether for mountain hikes, (walking in summer, downhill skiing or ski touring), cultural visits or tastings of local products, you will find nearby a wide range of options to enrich your stay. The tranquility of the place, combined with the diversity of experiences nearby, makes this holiday home a privileged place for your getaways.

    At the end of the stay, the guests pay the municipal tourist tax (2.5 francs per person per day) and electricity according to consumption. Wood is included in the price.
