"We stayed in one of the Villas. The villas are spectacular especially for the views into the ocean at sunrise and sunset. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and respond promptly for room service. Now, to access to villas are many stairs, if you have physical limitations do not book the villa. Inside the villa, the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor but they do have in room bathrooms as well as one bathroom on the 1st floor. There is partial elevator access through the employee entrance but it closes after a certain time so do not rely on this. There is an onsite mini market with basic essentials such as snacks and household items. I recommend you buy groceries from the outside market. There are also insects everywhere but this is expected because of the environment. It’s not an infestation but they are visible on the floors, walls and counters. Other than this, if you are looking for a relaxing place to spend your vacation then Sapphire Resort is your best choice."

"Excellent location and views. Aged property but clean. Needs additional types of beverage choices ( IPA BEER). We were mobile enough to climb several flights of stairs but nothing was mentioned about NO elevators. Others could be very surprised."
