Good communication about how to access the property as I arrived after reception closed. The apartment was well equipped and it was ideal for one or two people, but though it claimed to be for 4, two couples would have found it very uncomfortable, with one couple in the double bed and the second couple inches away on the sofa bed. It was disappointing to arrive at 11am and have to make up my own bed, and though the hotel was far from full when I arrived, I was given a room which looked out onto a square at the back and had a footpath running along right outside my window. Apartments looking onto the gardens (which I have had in the past) would have been much better. On the day of departure Reception were helpful in looking after my bags until I left St Martin in the afternoon.

A recommander

Un appartement vaste pour deux personnes, bien équipé. La résidence est très bien située et le parking très appréciable. Bon point aussi pour l'accueil des chiens, rendu pratique par le vaste jardin privé. Seul bémol : la chambre mériterait d'être rafraîchie ( rideaux déchirés, tour des fenêtres noircis et abîmés etc...)

En fredelig og passe varm uke

Utmerket leilighetsopphold med gode kjøkkenmuligheter og herlig badebasseng som gjorde god nytte i varmen.St.Martin var en herlig by med mange gode restauranter og koselige butikker. Gode tilbud om sykkelleie og ellers var biltur rundt på øyen en stor opplevelse (vi kom med egen bil ned fra Stavanger)

Le séjour a l’île de ré s’est bien déroulé, L’hôtel est bien situé et permet de bien visiter la ville à pieds ou en vélo, le personnel a été sympathique. C’est la chambre qui était à notre goût moins bien, avec odeur d’urine dans les WC, porte fenêtre qui ferme mal, sèche serviettes qui ne fonctionne pas, vaisselle sale, Un peu plus d’entretien des chambres pourrait permettre une meilleure appréciation

Séjour au calme

La météo ne nous a pas gâtés mais nous avons cependant pu profiter de notre séjour sur l'île. Le temps est aux économies , le sèche serviettes ne fonctionnait pas pour cause de "sécurité " La poêle à frire etait comme de coutume très abîmée. Le lit n'est plus fait comme par le passé.

Saint Martin de Ré magnifique.

Très bon emplacement au coeur de Saint Martin. Résidence très calme . Personnel agréable, appartement très bien . Par contre wifi horrible et sans wifi pas de réseau. Matelat beaucoup trop mou et c'est dommage.

Etape de rêve sur l'Ile de Ré !

Très belle maison bien située dans Saint Martin. Appartement très bien équipé, propreté impeccable. Accueil très pro et souriant. Tres beau parc avec parking. Et piscine, sauna et fitness a disposition ! La dpuceur de l'Île de Ré en prime !

Très bon emplacement sur l'île de Ré

Un établissement très bien placé, au cœur de Saint-Martin de Ré. Port et commerces sont accessibles à pied. Parking pour se garer (suffisant hors saison, mais sans doute compliqué en haute saison car relativement petit). Un très bon accueil. Studio confortable. Le bâtiment est un peu vieillissant mais les logements sont bien équipés.

Gros manque d'entretien

Résidence vieillissante qui manque de travaux de maintenance, ce qui est dommage car le lieu est charmant et a deux pas du port et des commerces. Dans le studio loué, on retrouve des toiles d'araignées, des traces de moisissure sur les rideaux et sur les plafonds, traces d'insectes, des morceaux du plafond qui décollent, des restes de pistaches au sol ... Pas terrible vu le montant de la nuit ! Concernant les services : la piscine est bien plus petite que ce que laissent penser les photos. Elle est chauffée mais vraiment pas de trop, au moins personne n'y reste longtemps. Le liner se décolle mais l'équipe fait ce qu'elle peut pour entretenir cet espace qui est très propre. L'espace sauna et hammam étaient fermé suite à un incendie. Nous avons découvert ça au moment de notre arrivée, il aurait été judicieux de nous en informer lors de la réservation 2 jours avant ...

Bon séjour à pierre et vacances palais du gouverneur, on a eu une chambre sans extérieur ce qui explique la note de 3, studio très fonctionnel, deco ambiance hôpital, emplacement de la résidence t'es bien proche (4 mn à pied) du port. Picine petite mais très bien chauffée parce que seule la couverte était ouverte, mais on a été en mesure d’être seuls dedans (avantage de la chambre à côté pour voir si c’est pas trop full) . L’ensemble est bien.

Très bon accueil. Studio très bien équipé. Literie très confortable. Seule fausse note : la bande passante du wifi trop faible : on ne pouvait pas utiliser un certain nombre d'applications personnelles comme Netflix ou Amazon Prime.
